Cleo’s Village
After a high wind day of traveling, Cleo’s Village was a respite from the wind, and a wonderful place to have some quiet rest. Cleo is delightful, and a hard worker. It was fun hear about his plans to build 20 more tiny houses…he has 3 presently. We would definitely come back if we were going through….

“New, small and away from the crowds”
If you want to stay at a location away from crowds and don't care about all the 'extras' you find at the larger campgrounds, I recommend Cleo's Village, a new, ever improving location. The park owner, Clayton King, named the park after his mom, Cleo. He is very friendly, helped us get settled and checked on us several times making us feel welcome. The park is clean and surrounded by trees, and a beautiful view that will be even more beautiful during the fall. We have been staying here the last few days and it has been great, quiet and relaxing. This is a small, new campground so changes will continue to take place, Clayton is working on a 3-bedroom cabin, expects to add more sites, and a place for our furry friends. The area is surrounded by corn fields, working farms, and vineyards and Jonesville ls close for groceries if needed. Cleo's Village is 15 minutes from the NASCAR track, 5 minutes from wonderful wineries and about 40 miles from Mt Airy, NC (Mayberry) and Pilot Mountain.
FYI, I have a travlfi Journey and had no issue with WIFI service. We have Verizon for our phones and were able to make and receive calls. We camped at Cleo's Village in a Travel Trailer.
