Cleo's Village Non Profit

Cleo's Village is a non-profit affordable housing and community living concept. Our mission is to create housing that is an affordable and safe environment for our tenants. Cleo's Village provides tiny homes and campsites that are 33-50% lower than average rental rates in our market. The Village is located in Ronda NC at the foothills in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our average rental rate for a new studio tiny home is $500 whereby the same unit with HUD records $750 per month for similar housing. This provides over $3000 in yearly rental savings, which can be applied to more affordable car payments, insurance, food and clothing or educational goals.
